Overview: Joined Medallia to create an Alabama based Service and Support Center. Served as the Executive Leader for the Commercial and Healthcare Services Teams as well as the Education Services department. As the Senior Delivery Manager of MEDSEEK Convert, I was responsible for implementationactivities, from Contract Signature to Go-Live of large scale healthcare websites. These includedUCLA, Scripps Health, Adventist Health, University of Colorado Health, Norton Healthcare,Providence Health of California, University of Vermont Health Network, and ProMedica. Imanaged a team of Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Designers, and Engineers andoften stepped in to take over high priority or high needs clients to manage their projects directlythrough a combination of Microsoft Project and Microsoft SharePoint.

As the Senior Product Manager of MEDSEEK Convert and Inform, I am responsible for the long term Roadmap, Vision, and Release Cycle of the product. Managing a team of Technical Solutions Analysts, we work to identify market trends and probable futures to ensure that MEDSEEK products are continually exceeding the expectations of the market and that of our clients. As a part of this role, I have invented bleeding edge, patentable technology to distance our Product lines from those of our competitors in order to gain new business and maintain current clients.

As the Technical Product Manager of MEDSEEK Convert and Inform, I was responsible for guiding the Product Analyst and Development teams as we integrated healthcare best practices with Microsoft's SharePoint 2010 server environment. I lead the implementation efforts from a technical standpoint for our Early Adopter clients. Developed a thorough training process for quickly educating new clients on both SharePoint and our proprietary intellectual property. Helped enable the Sales teams to meet their quarterly targets by serving as a Subject Matter Expert during on site pre-sale and post-sale opportunities.

Served as the Business Development Manager and Lead Architect for Channelmatter’s contracts throughout the Southeast. These contracts were based around technical consulting and custom product development work in the healthcare, education and government fields. Responsible for envisioning creative new solutions to solve complex technical and business problems. The majority of these contracts were fulfilled by utilizing Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Infopath, and .Net (C#) development.

Served as the Lead Architect for SCA’s corporate intranet. The intranet included a classic ASP environment, a SharePoint 2003 environment, and a SharePoint 2007 environment. I built out a new SharePoint 2010 farm where all three of our intranet systems were migrated. I recently completed a project to build out individual SharePoint 2007 sites for each of our outpatient surgery centers, permission each facility’s staff, and train 4,000 employees in the field on how to properly utilize their new environment. These environments are being utilized to directly scan in ePHI, therefore, are subject to all HIPAA rules and regulations. Other responsibilities include: custom webpart development, sole administration of the SharePoint farms, ASP.net application maintenance and support, custom branding solutions, granular and platform backups, Infopath form development and maintenance, vast Workflow developments, security auditing, custom reporting, end user technical support, leading our Intranet Steering Committee Executive Team, and building out and managing a team of ASP.Net Developers.

Served as the lead architect and developer for our national SharePoint portal. Responsibilities include: custom branding, advanced permissioning and audience targeting, advanced search features and file types, custom import sources (we currently have over 30 domains connecting to our servers), AD management, load balancing, archiving, granular as well as platform backups, replication, custom reporting for various community admins, content management, HIPAA compliance for all of our protected patient information, auditing, and compliance. I was responsible for rolling out any code changes from the test server to the QA server and, after final testing, to the production environment. I was also responsible for building any custom tools within subsites for our executive teams. We currently have over 100,000 Ascension Health associates with access to the site, all with proper permissioning. I also completed the integration of SharePoint with Oracle’s WCI server.
