National Archives & Library Of Congress

Litigation and environmental research performed mostly at the National Archives and the Library of Congress, providing historical, investigative and analytical research services in the support of environmental, legal and business clients. Furnish clients (usually businesses and law firms) with the assistance necessary to effectively negotiate time-sensitive litigation and helped identify past and present liabilities as well as assisting with the maintenance of due diligence. In the process, I would identify documents, files, photos and other records that would hold some import for the client and the client’s needs and the needs of our clients’ patrons. Additionally, I would recognize and highlight those portions of records that would be of particular interest to the client.
