Hi, my name is William Ansaldi. Im a full-time real estate investments analyst at Agrentic Investment Management.I received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics with a minor in Finance at Providence College, where I have made the Dean's List for 6 consecutive semesters. I was a part of many club organizations on campus, including the Finance Society, Investment Banking Club, and Student Lead Asset Management. In the spring semester of 2023, I studied abroad at the Universität Wien (through IES) in Vienna, Austria, where I deepened my knowledge of economics and learned different cultural perspectives. I have earned multiple certifications from HubSpot Academy, such as Inbound Marketing and Inbound, demonstrating my interest and skills in marketing outreach, graphic design, and business development. I've also achieved certification in Microsoft Excel from Microsoft. I am passionate about soccer, ice hockey, and intramural sports, and a massive fan of the NY Rangers.Last summer, I worked as a Real Estate Investment Intern at Argentic. I contributed to the firm's direct lending and real estate investment activities, specializing in fixed-rate, floating-rate, and subordinate debt financing. I applied my Excel skills and shortcuts to size terms for loans on various property types, such as retail, multifamily, and industrial, and assessed their risk, loan terms, and tenant issues. I also worked as a Real Estate Underwriting Intern, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry. Upon finishing the internship, I received an offer to return to Argentic as a full-time analyst upon graduating from Providence College in May 2024.
