I can assist them with tax preparation issues, technical issues with the software, auditing, and banking options. Before joining Sigma Tax Pro I was part of a Management Group. My main focus was to ensure that our staff was professionally trained and up to date on all new techniques and products that we were offering. I was in-charge of 200 members spread out between 3 locations. My goal upon my arrival to this position was to make sure that the business model was maintained and the revenue of the business was on a steady incline while being in this position. My other focus was customer service. It was proven in a study that I was apart of, that one good experience of our product would only yield the customer to mention it to no more than 2-3 people. However a bad experience would be mentioned to double and sometimes even triple the amount. We learned very quickly that each customer no matter how much they spend or the frequency of using our product were equally as important. Being a leader, someone that your employees respect and look for guidance from is easy to obtain. Instead of thinking that your position is above the team, being apart of the team and showing the same respect to your team will increase productivity no matter what field or business you are apart of. The feeling that everyone is held accountable, everyone has their part of the goal, makes that team stronger and that much more gratifying when the goal is achieved.
