  • R3 Business Solutions
Vice President And Chief Solution Architect
    R3 Business Solutions Aug 2014 - Present
    Ashburn, Virginia, Us
After 11 years with CorasWorks, we sold it and I moved to a CorasWorks partner R3 Business Solutions. R3 provides business solutions to Federal Government Contractors (GovCon) running on Microsoft SharePoint. I joined R3 to "re-start" it as a productized solution company. Through licensing, acquisitions and development we've created a suite of industry-specific, pre-integrated business solutions for GovCon. We are rapidly building our customer base, displacing legacy vendors with our simpler, less costly, more flexible way of creating business value.
  • Corasworks
Vertical Solutions Director And Chief Workplace Architect
    Corasworks Jan 2012 - Jul 2014
    Mclean, Va, Us
Classic "intrapreneuring". Starting Jan 2012, I took on the additional job to build the first industry vertical market for CorasWorks. I did it from the ground up, including carrying a full Sales quota. I choose Federal Government Contractors (GovCon). By the end of 2013 (24 months), I had built a $1m/year business, $400k recurring, 30 customers including top tier companies like Unisys, Serco, ManTech, Honeywell, HP Enterprise Services, Rockwell Collins, Pfizer, and Fluor. We had a cross-functional team, 2 core productized solutions unique to GovCon and industry specific partners such as Lohfeld Consulting.
  • Corasworks
    Chief Workplace Architect
    Corasworks Jan 2008 - Dec 2011
    Mclean, Va, Us
After a fantastic ramp up of CorasWorks, in 2008, I brought in a CEO so that I could focus on our product/market roadmap and customers. As Chief Workplace Architect, I drove the CorasWorks community, solution market development and adoption of business applications based upon the no-code/low-code CorasWorks application platform. Created and built markets for horizontal and vertical solutions including Idea & Innovation Management (I&IM). Recognized by Gartner as first SharePoint ISV for Enterprise Content Management and I&IM. Completed 10 years on the Microsoft Collaboration Partner Advisory Council (1 of 40 people worldwide).
  • Corasworks
    Co-Founder, Chairman, Ceo And President
    Corasworks Feb 2003 - Dec 2007
    Mclean, Va, Us
Lead the CorasWorks boot-strap start-up to market leadership in enterprise software category. My core focus and passion was product vision for CorasWorks Workplace Suite, first no-code application platform on Microsoft SharePoint, and aggressive market development. In 4 years, built out team and drove growth from nothing to $7 million in revenue and $3 million annual recurring revenue with 1,000+ customers and 2,000,000+ users.

    Sr. Director, Managed Hosting (Pre-Cloud)
    Us Web/Cks | Exodus | Cable & Wireless Jan 2000 - Feb 2003
    London, England, Gb
From 2000 to 2003, I worked to transform the Microsoft ecosystem from the client-server world into Internet applications (the web) with the launch of Windows 2000. I lead a team of Internet/Microsoft experts through the Internet bubble, 3 $1B+ companies and a series of acquisitions as we baked out Software as a Service (SaaS), the hosting service models and platform frameworks that would become the cloud, web based collaboration platforms and applications. This team became the core founders of CorasWorks with the first project being a worldwide exclusive from Microsoft to provide the Beta of SharePoint and Office 2003 as an online service.
