- Ensure the WorkSafe public websites provide up to date information, function well and are presented in a way which is engaging, inclusive, accurate and user friendly for members of the public.
- Provide expert information and advice through coaching and leadership to support team members maintain a high level of technical expertise to overcome business, client, stakeholder and design challenges
- Engage with stakeholders to identify website related projects, acting as a subject matter expert applying project management methodologies to gain commitment from stakeholders, influence timelines and outcomes.
- Guide, advise and explain digital roadmaps to executive leaders providing information to ensure awareness and strategic alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration through engagement with stakeholders to review research, understand problems, validate solutions, document functional and technical requirements and prioritise effectively.
