* Perform administrative duties as required (phones, filing, receive & prepare shipments for Fed-Ex, etc)* Perform all billing functions* Prepare billing for Benicia Port Terminal (Ships and Tugs)* Prepare miscellaneous invoices as needed* Prepare billing invoices for tenants rent* Prepare billing for car lines* Finalize monthly invoices by checking for accuracy, printing invoices and reports* Responsible for submitting completed billing batches to JD Edwards and providing Corporate office with copies* Reconciling incoming checks to invoices and sending checks to Corporate * Maintain database of Ship Statistics* Report Ship Statistics to all Government Agencies * Army Corps of Engineers – Statistics MNTHLY* US Coast Guard – Volume QTRLY* State Lands Commission – Dredging QTRLY* Maintain Customer billing database and invoicing templates* Maintain database of Tenant Information* Collect aging receivables* Gather tug statistics for flash report* Assist Administration Manager with special projects as required (HR, company events, organization of files/records, etc.)* Other duties as assigned
