Production leader responsible for hiring, training, supervision, and establishing production priorities for a team of 10 production technicians to meet multiple simultaneous production schedules.  Directed the contracting and renovation of a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a state of the art surface mount and electronics manufacturing facility, selecting, installing and certifying new surface mount, vacuum reflow and through-hole (TH) machinery.  Developed New Processes for Product Introduction, determining process flow for SMT, AOI, Thru Hole, Soldering, X-ray, and Cable and Harnesses manufacturing and quality checks. Interprets TDPs, drawings and sample artifacts to develop and issue work instruction and assignments. Responsible for stencil design, determining aperture size/style for manufacturability. Responsible for preventative maintenance on all PCB assembly line and automated and manual harness equipment.  Products manufactured include cables, harnesses, PCBs, Audio controllers, C4ISR A-Kits and interconnect technologies used in C4ISR systems, active protection technologies used on tactical and armored fighting vehicles. Responsible for corporate compliance with ITAR and higher level ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
