I am an experienced corporate partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper. I specialise in buying and selling companies, fundraisings (including university spin-outs) and other corporate law matters. I have a commercial approach and focus on what is important to my clients. Having worked at Vodafone and spent many years advising fast growing technology companies I have particular expertise in the technology sector.
