After expanding the team further, my role was extended, to cover our subsidiary companies too. I devise marketing strategy and set the plans for our brilliant team to execute across all three of our group companies.

After working through 2020 with reduced resources, my first challenge was to rebuild a team capable of exceeding our 25% year-on-year growth targets. This meant re-evaluating internal staffing, hiring for the right roles and of course assessing agency relationships.We were able to execute this with real success, adding serious value to Premier Education's franchise network, and rolling out some pretty great new projects. My favourite of which was our customer referral programme, which has brought an incredible ROI in it's first few years.

I delivered on digital marketing strategies for the UK's largest provider of sport and activity to primary age children, devising campaigns to connect over 100,000 parents each year with the opportunity to get their kids active.By crafting meaningful, human interactions with customers, I helped to build a happier, healthier, more active society.In 2019, I planned and implemented; a host of automations in HubSpot to form successful lead generation processes; developed a comprehensive customer sentiment strategy using Trustpilot, to showcase our advocacy across the UK; effective partnership campaigns to support over 100 franchisee businesses in selling their provision to both B2B and B2C customers.In 2020, with children across the UK facing months of inactivity, I designed and built our Stay Active platform, giving over 8,000 parents access to resources to keep children engaged across three key areas - Physical Activity, Mindfulness and Lifeskills. Ahead of the summer, I created the Safe, Active, Together campaign in support of our Holiday Camp programme, through which over 10,000 children got active and saw friends throughout the school holidays, a critical support for the mental and physical well-being of those children.

I helped to implement, maintain and improve digital marketing activities, as well as overseeing an e-commerce solution for the business, becoming the primary point of contact within the marketing team for the growing network of franchisees and external stakeholders.
