Director, Us Finance
Current• Acting CFO/Controller with responsibility for all major finance and accounting operations for the company • Lead and facilitate all monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close periods in terms of GL activity, Gross to Net, reporting and analysis, balance sheet management and signoff on GAAP financials and tax filings • Responsible for company revenue management, Opex, sales projections and performance, profitability, inventory and assisting with corporate consolidation• Manage all aspects of external audit, federal and state tax compliance and state annual reporting• Supervise finance team and all cash related operations including customer collections, deduction management, AP/AR activity, invoices, payment approvals, and customer credit• Facilitate FP&A activity including revenue forecasting, Opex, variance analysis, long-term planning and cash flow• Develop and maintain internal controls, company policy and risk functions• Explore, evaluate and manage external vendors, insurance policies, banking relationships, audit and consulting• Lead monthly reviews with global team, consolidations, reporting and strategic planning• Work with commercial and operations teams to evaluate and improve on process and controls• Help facilitate sales strategy to maximize revenue growth with a focus on market strategy, business risk and efficiency• Manage all payroll and HR functions, including payroll, benefits, 401k, policies and risk management• Show leadership across all business functions within a small team environment, within a larger corporate umbrella
