Oversaw the physical and virtual receipt of class IX consumables, secondary reparable items, frog gear, tents, and cash sales items worth $3,787,757.66. Built a deployable location system that would be used during all overseas movements – led to a better movement of gear to ensure it was distributed, received back, and stored with 100% accountability. Worked daily with Embarkation specialists to organize transportation of gear from the U.S. to each of the three ships. Maintained the system organization and accuracy to ensure physical inventory accuracy with GCSS-MC was still maintaining 100% accountability. Received and approved parts requests within the system (GCSS-MC) and managed six unit accounts. Worked to identify gaps in processes and procedures and create solutions as needed. • Developed new process for performing cyclic inventories across all ships to ensure every commodity got the correct items. Maintained 100% accountability due to new process, proper records keeping, and a successful locator system.• Awarded several Letters of Appreciation by my Commanding Officer (President) for efforts in training and for maintaining 100% accountability of the unit’s container program. • Meritoriously Promoted August 2019. • Recognition by Leadership for exceeding the needs of the Command – led to my department being recognized as the first Supply section to complete overseas missions without any logistical discrepancies (2020).
