Starting from ground zero and with no experience at all in working on poultry farms, William created a national network of Ag-tite dealers through the SouthEast and became the largest private label contract for chemical sales for the BioBased chemical manufacturing company. William also created a series of unique chemistries of high density polyurethane foam that would provide tremendous durability despite the aggressive environment that is typical of the poultry house business. By 2008, sales were around $2M and Ag-tite was selling about 1M lbs of polyurethane foam. Also, during this time, William managed their own contracting operation that worked in the Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri areas and it consisted of 2-3 trailers and 6-8 crew members. William also patented one of the high density chemistries that now allows for portable spray foam machines to apply chemicals like the big rigs.

William was responsible for all of the national chemical sanitation accounts which included the installation of high pressure water systems to clean the entire food plant. William had responsibility for corporate accounts with Tyson Foods, Pilgrims Pride, Perdue, Sanderson Farms and many others. William’s job responsibility included the management of over 40 technical and sales personnel across the United States and the development of new marketing products and launches which expanded the entire sales portfolio. He also assisted in managing over $25M in sales and was instrumental in bringing on many new national accounts which dramatically expanded the poultry sales by over 100% over a period of four years.
