In doing so I assessed each product's people, processes, and technology, enabling myself and others to understand the products' business value, technical weaknesses, and resources to contact during outages. I oversaw the migration of each product to New Relic observability and automated remediation to reduce the frequency of outages, I lead the outage calls to ensure downtime is minimized, and I perform follow-up on all outages to prevent them from occurring again.As the company's logging pipeline administrator, I designed and implemented our logging architecture which utilizes Splunk Forwarders, GTM load balancing, and Cribl Stream for continuous data transformation.
