(Increase process capacity by 2million per year (£10million potential revenue increase)).o Project to determine the root cause of damaged grommets on final assembly process and to develop a permanent corrective action (PCA) to eliminate the issue. (Costing £18k per week over heads).> Previous Greenbelt projects; o Minimize labour hours on final assembly without impacting maximum capacity of process. Reward equaled £100k per year cost reduction and 15% reduction in cycle time.> Other recent projects include;o Commissioning and development of a new Sensor final assembly process to meet cycle time specification. o Reprogramming of Cognex jobs on existing final assembly process.
