Bill Boling has over 25 years of legal experience in transactional, litigation and compliance matters. His substantial experience includes governance, contracting and regulatory compliance for hospitals and other healthcare providers and the telemedicine, technology and Healthcare IT companies that support them. Boling served as the first General Counsel to the restructured Health System for the Medical College of Georgia, the public health sciences university for Georgia, until 2005 when he returned to private practice in Atlanta. For more than 15 years Mr. Boling has been active as a mediator and arbitrator and serves as a panelist with JAMS in Atlanta and as a certified mediator with the American Health Lawyers Association.Mr. Boling is also founder of the Atlanta publishing company Fall Line Press. As publisher, he works with award-winning writers, artists, photojournalists and leaders in the arts community to develop works such as Bottom of da Boot, Kael Alford’s photo essay published in conjunction with her exhibition at the High Museum of Art. Mr. Boling is also an artist and photographer who's work is included in many private and public collections.Mr. Boling is actively engaged in the Atlanta community through various leadership roles with professional associations. He has served as a Director and former President of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys. Mr. Boling is an Adjunct Professor of Healthcare law at the University Of Georgia School of Law and teaches a class in FDA law for the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy's Regulatory Affairs Program. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Georgia State University’s Institute of Health Administration. He is an alumnus of Leadership Georgia and has served as the Northwest Georgia Program Chair for The Red Carpet Tour. Additionally, Mr. Boling is a steering committee member and co-founder of the Georgia Pain Initiative and serves as a Director and Officer of Atlanta Celebrates Photography.
