Sep 2023 - Present

Ceo

Stratavis Corporation Pty Ltd

As the founder and principal consultant of Stratavis Corporation, I recognised over 20 years ago that Companies and Government entities frequently experienced project and technical pain that caused projects to not be delivered on-time and within budget, and most importantly, they failed to meet client expectations.Having reviewed and witnessed many hundreds of these experiences, I became aware that there were similar factors at the core of every failed/failing project. The difficulty was finding people that were prepared to listen and/or think differently, so that the same mistakes weren't repeated multiple times again. Remember the old story about; "Trying the same thing many times and expecting a better result" being the definition of insanity; it often came to my mind. Drawing on our many years of experience, and the professional networks that we've developed with industry leading professionals around the world, we can help alleviate your pain, by helping you, "Get it Right the First time". Stratavis was founded on our four original key learning's - Strategy, Vision, People and Technology. These four critical elements are key to every success, so please reach out to see how we can assist you. * Coffee is cheap, compared with your project pain; so call or message us, and we'll buy you a coffee.Key industry experience in Healthcare, Utilities, Government, Defence, Resources, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Training & Education.Stratavis Consulting services:• Project Management • Business Consulting• Business Analysis • Business Transformation / Change Management• Cloud Strategy• Corporate Compliance & Governance Frameworks• Enterprise & Solution Architecture • Information Security • Data Management - Quality & Governance• Risk Planning• Stakeholder & Vendor Management• Project Management Office - Advisory services & reviews• Workshop FacilitationStratavis Corporation also provides mentoring and other advisory services.
