As part of a ServiceNow implementation my team assumed the role of deep ServiceNow developers. We were integral to the implementation of Incident, Problem and Change. My particular areas of expertise are the development of Service Management offerings, custom apps/modules, REST API, Orchestration workflows and custom systems integrations. Identified the need for a private cloud to address security and resource delivery limitations which impacted our business channel's delivery timeline. On my own initiative I assessed the requirements, identified solutions and implemented the final deliverable.The private cloud I implemented was reviewed by Forrester analysts who assessed we had implemented all defining characteristics of a private cloud, something which in their estimates happens in only approx. 1.6% of the solutions they've evaluated.In 2012 Forrester developed a use case based on my implementation as an example of private cloud deployment done at the highest standards for the lowest cost they'd ever seen to date.

Responsible for maintenance of Unisys CTOS network, Windows and Lotus Notes environments.During my tenure with the MSPD it was decided to migrate from Unisys CTOS to Windows NT. There are no common components between the two environments. CTOS is token ring, our Windows NT implementation was on an ethernet network protocol.On my own initiative I developed a process which successfully migrated years of accumulated case files from Fasport ISAM to Lotus Notes and from CTOS WriteOne word processing files to Lotus Ami Pro. This automation avoided the loss of all previous data, a significant reentry burden and/or the need to engage contract labor (for which there was no budget) to accomplish the migration.

Very little discretionary spend.Responsible for the coordination of the B-2A Stealth bomber flying program. Ensured flying commitements were attained. Coordinated maintenance and operational schedules for a workforce of approx 500 maintenance personnel and assigned pilots. Developed the generation flow plans which detail how the entire wing of assigned bombers will be brought to a war-fighting posture should a national emergency occur.Access to highly classified material regarding the performance capabilities and maintenance of stealth features required I maintain a Top Secret, Extensive Background Investigation, Special Access Required (TS, EBI, SAR) security clearance.
