As Enterprise Architect at DART, my responsibilities entail a wide spectrum of areas. The four primary areas are SDLC, Global Template management, customer advocacy and project delivery adherence. In the SDLC, I am responsible for: the value proposition evaluation, process governance, requirement collection, functional spec completion, post-development FUT completion, execution of UAT and defense representation and presentation to a formal CAB.Whether the effort is waterfall or agile SDLC, my responsibility is customer advocacy and customer user relationship management for their inclusion in the SDLC and overarching projects. My charge is that their interests are kept at the forefront of all IT resources with any effort, along with insuring the customer understands the financial and resource impacts of requirements and requests.Overriding both the SDLC efforts and customer advocacy is Global Template management and governance within IT and the customer process the senior leadership mandated was to be process. This included chances management request justification and defense, process application approval and audits, and multi-sided process adherence analysis Kiazen. With formal larger over arching project effort that were scoped beyond normal SDLC parameters, to work with PMO to scope, plan, gain stakeholder approval and commitment and manage the Same efforts as the SDLC and customer advocacy.

My tenure in the analysis role is really spanned three separate phases and while I retained the same title and position the delivery of the effort I was charged with were drastically different, as a LEAN Analysis I help reduce cost and improve efficiency; phase two was as a planning and logistic analysist where I measured, managed, trained and support the full gambit of business processes for department including implementing the SAP; and in third phase I lead the implantation of a fully integrated enterprise asset management with Oracle EAM.

Over the course of my tenure in this role, I was able to gain ground up experience in all aspects of the supply chain process. From the start of the positon till its conclusion, I managed at any one time 6-10 full time employee executing the full battery of warehousing material supply function for a 42 line thermoforming production facility. As I progressed in the role I was assigned the production scheduling role for an offline printing department and all inventory tractability functions for the facility. And eventually took on supply analyst duties for the facility. My time in this role allowed me to work with all aspects of the supply chain from Raw Material Supply Forecasting to Finished Goods Delivery. The time I spent at this level of manufacturing and supply operations allowed the unique prospective and comprehension of user and customer needs. The knowledge base that I built in this shift and increasing role has been invaluable to my future roles.
