I am currently the Engineering Lead and Scrum Master at Jiff, which was acquired in Q1/Q2 of 2017 by Castlight. Integrations is responsible for maintaining the majority of the back-end platform systems at Jiff, which interconnect to devices such as FitBit and to other third party services such as Teladoc through APIs (hopefully RESTful), mass data bulk uploads/downloads, and SSO App-to-App/Web-to-Web integrations. Back-end is microservices. Team is about half a dozen mix of front-end and back-end developers. I not only do day-to-day development and maintenance of the system, but scrum daily standup, mentor/pair with new/junior developers, interface with a multitude of teams on a daily basis, and am the current SME for how integrations work.
