Responsible for Object technology R&D and Standards, managing a staff of five. Our charter was to assist Business units with implementation and application of Object Technology. This organization would act as a consulting project team to provide development and implementation support to ensure successful roll-out of the recommended technology. Our support services included planning, budgeting and design of network infrastructure. Responsibilities also included acting as Chase representative to the Object Management Group, product evaluations, creating guidelines for use, and chairing a bank wide Object Technology Center of excellence.
