Global is proud to have been a member in a team effort providing Construction Management for Owners Representatives for the Project known as El Paso Health and Rehab. A 4200 square foot addition to an occupied facility and during construction of the addition, renovations began on the interior of facility. Renovations included new finishes in patient rooms and common areas. Renovations also began at Vista Hills Nursing Home they included some common areas (Nurse stations and wings) and all resident rooms for new finishes. Coordination for the three Projects included management of subs, AIA contracts, working with local authoritys having jurisdiction, state authoritys (DADS)-life safety, coordination with operations (my thanks to all the nurse staff at both facilitys), Coordination with Architect, Engineers. The Projects were recently completed and are fully operational.
