In charge of the day-to-day operations of repair shop. Set new operating procedures to raise shop’s performance and increase revenue. Trained staff in standards of repair and service writing procedures using wide variety of training resources (ex. Shimano S-tec, Bosch E-bike portal, etc.). Diagnose and repair bicycles of wide range including suspension service, high performance road and mountain bikes.

Managing the service department for Dukes Cycle. My role is to develop procedures to ensure smooth operation of service department. Provide excellent customer service by listening to the customer's needs, accessing their concerns and presenting solutions. I also am responsible for handling warranty claims and technical support for our products.

Responsibilities: Design and construct layouts for industrial wastewater treatment systems to meet specifications given by client. Work with other engineers to develop systems to meet environmental and safety requirements. Used AutoCAD drawing program to layout P&ID, electrical and installation drawings. Manage the service/repair contracts with customers by following service time schedule, ordering parts, and providing service technicians for the site. Projects: Halliburton Oil Service: My role was to design and implement an oil separator and reclaim system for treatment of wash water from oil trucks. I designed new intake systems to capture oil from wash water. Responsible for laying out P&ID and AutoCAD drawings to show equipment installation and system flow. I was also responsible for managing the service and repairs of the system. Oil Skimmer Design: Designed a new oil skimmer to fit a wide variety of applications. The design was accomplished by using fluid mechanics to obtain proper flow and floatation of system. System was designed to maximize oil capture from water surface for treatment applications.
