About Will Cook

As a Construction Management Professional, I bring over ten years of experience in the oversight of complex and diverse construction projects in the residential, commercial, and educational/ institutional sectors. I hold a Master's degree in Sustainable Design, which is one of the early drivers that jump started my career in the built environment. With my skills, experiences, and interests, I’ve been able to help execute numerous projects that provide unique, transformative, and environmentally friendly spaces that enhance the quality of life for communities, organizations and individuals alike.I’ve gained multiple certifications and licenses in construction project management and construction safety as a part of this journey, including an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License (MA-CSL), a Passive House Builder certification(CPHB), and an OSHA 30-Hour construction certification.I have coordinated and supervised all aspects of project processes, from permitting and preconstruction to final inspections and closeout. I have helped successfully deliver projects to completion totaling over $450 million in value, ranging from historic preservation and educational/institutional, to luxury residential, and mixed-use developments. I am looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and expertise to projects that transform neighborhoods and cities for the better.
