I worked as a UX design contractor with the Desklight team. During my time, I focused on building new business development assets, supporting an ed tech nonprofit growing their design capacity, and conducting research on organizational learning.

I worked as one of two product designers on the Guest team. I focused on building our consumer-facing product on the web, mobile, and enterprise partnerships. During my time I also helped with the launch of Tock To Go. My role on projects spanned across the whole product journey from research and project planning to prototyping and final production.

I worked on an internal team at RXBAR that designed experiences to support our people and accelerate their growth. My work included executive initiatives, departmental design work, organizational learning, and employee experience. I managed internal design projects, designed learning experiences, facilitated workshops, supported the design of how we hire and onboard, and experimented with ways of working.

Salesforce's Ignite is a human-centered design consultancy within Salesforce. The Ignite team partnered with customers to create future products, services, and user experiences. As a designer, I helped conceive, visualize, and prototype the vision. I conducted research, facilitated design workshop, prototyped digital solutions, and presented the journey to solve complex problems for top Salesforce clients.

Experience Institute (Ei) is a 12-month alternative masters program entirely designed by the student via apprenticeships, projects, coaching, and classes in the fields of business, design, technology, and social innovation. I spent my year building skills in product design and service design through experiences at Leo Burnett, Threadless, and PayPal.

I was working as a product designer on the Next Generation Commerce team. I worked with an engineer and lead the design for a customer service chatbot. I conducted design research, created mockups, built prototypes, and facilitated user testing. This tool has now been launched globally.

I was working as a product designer on the Artist Shops platform. My work consisted of conducting user research through surveys and interviews with users on the platform to help drive product decisions. I also designed mockups and prototypes for new features on Artist Shops. I created a design library to unify the design of the platform as well as make designing mockups easier for the team. Lastly, I helped facilitate design sprints for the product team to explore new features and refresh existing experiences.

I helped design a corporate learning program focus on self-designed learning and learning through experience. I conducted research and analysis on the corporate learning program called Leo Leaps. I co-designed and facilitated a round of the Leo Leaps learning program. I developed storytelling materials to increase awareness for the program. Lastly, I created two tools, a facilitator's guide and playbook, to help scale the program.

The community for entrepreneurs at Penn State. Innoblue is a community of artists and hackers, coders and designers, innovators and makers, who want to change the world for the better. I ran a team of five exposing, educating, and empowering students on entrepreneurship. Our team hosted 3 Day Startup at Penn State, planned two Tech Treks to New York City, ran an accelerator helping students start businesses, organized speakers, facilitated hands-on workshops, and hosted an entrepreneurship summit.

This program gives 4-5 Penn State teams $10,000 to work on their ideas over the summer rather than taking an internship. I helped establish this program, created partnerships, designed the logo, and supported the operations.

Projector is a platform that helps developers and product teams expand their product experiences outside the confines of their app. At Projector, I had two areas of focus. One focus was on user experience design. I worked on sketches, mockups, user flows, and doing user testing on prototypes. The other area of focus was market research. I worked on gathering how companies used notifications, what major competitors were in the market and their product, potential companies to work with, and how notification preferences were managed in various applications.

True Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm. I'm one of 14 students that they selected to work at one of their portfolio companies and learn about technology, venture capital, and entrepreneurship as a True Entrepreneur Corps Fellow.
