Inbound Email Products team protects businesses from cyber threats saving them potentially $100m per incident. This team owns the core product sold to every customer and is responsible for the majority of company ARR.

In my current role I lead the self-service upgrade initiative for new customers, which involves orchestrating the strategy and execution plan including OKRs for Sales, Service, and Marketing organizations to create paid upgrade paths for new Salesforce customers.

I led the Easy Trials Sign-up and Onboarding Organizations where I bootstrapped two teams (11 eng - junior to principal), drove projects from idea to prod across 15+ teams., grew the org by conducting 75+ interview loops, which led to successfully hiring 13 eng, set OKRs to support transparent growth and goals while also instilling best practices and team values.- Increased availability of our services from 95% to 99.95%+- Dropped days to close customer issues from org expectation of 6.5 days to <1 day across my teams- Reduced high severity customer issues by 50% and reduced recurring debt of bugs with new test automation.- Fostered growth of my org leading to six promos within a year.- Successfully coached 3 eng in transition from IC to eng mgr.- Co-organizer for 2 Hackathons and patent review office hours across 4 eng orgs (200-300 engineers) increasing patent subs and acceptance rate from 26% to 44%.

As an engineer and scrum lead I led the Embedded Chat for Web product where I drove new feature dev, testing, code quality, and accessibility, and resolved time-critical tricky customer issues escalated to the SVP level. Today, this service (simply named "Chat") processes 19 million messagesper month for companies such as Sony, Geico, Hulu, and DoorDash.- Led the team to bring down average days to close customer issues from 10+ days to below 6.5 days on average per org standards- Awarded by the EVP & GM for excellence on product accessibility.- Issued 3 patents for accessibility and chat customization.

Full stack engineer on the Embedded Services for Web team in Service Cloud. This team focuses on enabling customers to declaratively setup Service Cloud features for use on their own company websites as well as through the Communities platform. This declarative setup gives customers an embeddable mobile responsive Javascript widget to better serve their customer base. Key Service Cloud features exposed with Snap-ins are Live Agent Chat, Field Service, SOS, and Knowledge.

Core contributor on the self-service data integration SaaS product, which is now known as Workday Adaptive Planning Integration after being successfully acquired by Workday. Developed full stack features for self-service data prep and viz with ExtJS 3.4, memCache/C#, and nHibernate ORM/Oracle

I led a team of 3 engineers on R&D for digital rights management services- Authored 3 patents on document protection and PDF layering, of that were issued and published: US20140380143, US20140283124, US20140298488 - Built a Jenkins/GIT CI pipeline for automated test results to reduce defects

As a member on the electronic data interchange (EDI) applications team- Earned 1st place in annual company hackathon by developing a facial recognition app for user biometric auth.- Won the most consumer-ready project award during an annual company hackathon for building an app for dynamic PDF markup.

I worked on the power systems analysis software team- Implemented a C#/Managed C++ parser for MFC resource files reducing globalization review efforts by over 60%.- Automated a manual 8 hour globalization process using TestComplete scripting multiplying daily throughput by 8x.
