The AMS system underpins the largest social housing maintenance contract in the southern hemisphere (valued at $2.9 billion over five years).

The MyComputer program is a Westpac transformation from Microsoft XP to Windows 7 (3 years).My responsibilities included; the development of key artefacts such as Seed funding requests, Business cases for each of the program streams and streamline reporting for the program. Work with EPMO and the Corporate PMO who are responsible for overseeing the funding portfolio. Develop the foundations of governance, the program PMO guidelines and establish key stakeholder relationships. Peer reviews of key artifacts and create the end of month reporting to Steering Committees and key stakeholders.

Initially brought to Housing NSW as Portfolio Manager to assess and develop an IT system for reporting on the reporting Nation Building Economic Stimulus Program (NBESP).
