William Chu is a Managing Director and leads the private equity and venture capital investing efforts at Zurich Alternative Asset Management. In this role, William is responsible for all aspects of the global PE program -- guiding the PE portfolio construction, selecting managers and direct co-investments that conform within Zurich mandates, and leading a team of cycle-tested PE executives. He possesses more than two decades of private equity experience as a fund and direct investor from leading institutional investment platforms. William earned his undergraduate degree from New York University Stern School of Business. William is a Brooklyn native and a proud father of two.
