• Participate in customer requirements gathering, planning (ROM, BOM), implementation, adaptation and operation of data and voice networks.
• Implement specialized networks, employing unique configurations, required to meet customer’s specific objectives.
• Perform lifecycle system evaluations. Develop re-engineering plans and replace legacy systems to improve customer productivity, enhance maintainability, and reduce costs.
• Perform troubleshooting that requires a strong working knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, networking equipment, and associated technology (intrusion detection, firewalls, switches, routers, site-to-site IPSEC.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data network related problems/issues, which includes carrier data circuits (Frame Relay, T1, EVPL and DS3) and all related peripheral data communications equipment.
• Operate, upgrade, repair, and maintain facility VTC systems.
• Responsible for generating engineering packages to include network diagrams, circuit documentation, implementation guides and user guides.
• Create training program to familiarize users with operational aspects of telephone, VTC, radio and computer operations.

• Provide problem diagnosis and resolution for Cisco Call Mangers, Unity servers, Cisco network equipment and security devices.
