Joined Accenture as a senior Legal and Commercial Services counsel in January 2015 following the successful merger of Structure Consulting into Accenture LLP. Responsible for operational, legal and cultural integration of former Structure Consulting business units within the Resources Operating Group at Accenture. Managed the transition of legacy operating units, commercial contracts, international operations, immigration and mobility program and intellectual property portfolio to appropriate Accenture functional team. Responsible for education of executives and implementation of Accenture contracting standards for legacy Structure business lines. Supervised team of attorneys and contract managers in negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts within Resources Operating Group at Accenture. Advised the Partners of Structure Consulting on the wind down of its legacy business, compliance with the terms and conditions of the merger to Accenture and on the measurement and progress towards financial and operational targets contained in the merger agreement.

Senior executive, General Counsel and equity partner at Structure, a leading international energy, utilities and commodities consulting firm. Worked collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team to shape and manage business strategy and operations with a focus on corporate development, legal and risk management, people management, operational reporting and international expansion. Helped lead rapid transformation of Structure’s consulting and software solutions services lines from 2011 to 2015 resulting in significant revenue growth and doubling of company net income. Led year-long strategic and private equity suitor process in 2014-2015, beginning from planning stages through marketing, selection, negotiation and due diligence that resulted in the sale of Structure to Accenture LLP.
