- Reporting directly to the Site General Manager. - Operational Leadership of all aspects of Inventory Management & Compliance.- Line management for 47 FTE & 2 FLM’s. - Key accountability of contractual KPI reviews with customer on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis focusing on Cost, H&S, Service Accuracy and Service Timeliness.- Overall control of stock to value of circa £25-30million with throughput of circa 1.2-1.5 million singles per week.- Key implementation of Inventory department restructure gaining CI initiative of £280k.

- Reporting directly to the South West Operations Director. - Provision of operational and inventory support to the 5 South West sites with particular focus on Exeter and Totton. - Restructuring analysis of customer boundary changes and amendments to resourcing requirements. - Involved in preparation for customer exit in Summer 2020. - Implementation of strategic tactical resource planner to Totton site, generating a flexibility in labour, improved productivities/efficiencies and reduced costs. - Through process implementation in Exeter the sites OTIF score improved to 97.84%. 6.64% increase on previous year. - Improvement in Order Fill to 98.34% an increase of 3.9% on previous year. - Stock loss improvement of 87% on previous year.

- Reporting directly to the Site General Manager. - Site stabilisation project with full autonomy for Warehouse and Stocks operation. Driving warehouse processes, improving efficiencies and maximising productivities.- Overall improvement average of In Full to 95.07% from 90.88% achieved through process adherence and standardisation of warehouse operations. - Upskilling and development of colleagues, aiding contingency for operation improving forecasting and resource planning. - Support to Stocks and Transport departments for training, improved understanding of KPI's, service levels and stock loss exposure.- Particular focus on Returns stock room reduction, Goods in adherence, empties management, increasing stock control measures and assisting with DNC/Credits/Debits investigations and completion.

- Reporting directly to the Site Operations Manager. - Superuser for South West region across all WMS systems, Aurora, Calidus & WOMS.- Direct line management for 6 performance coaches and 45+ colleagues.- Certified Supply Chain Specialist. CSCS and CSCM completion. - OMS Accredited Manager focusing on continuous improvement, Gemba, process standardisation, colleague engagement, resource planning and recognition.

- Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics. - Responsible for the movement and storage of stock to a value of circa £15-25 million. - Accountability for warehouse inventories ensuring outcome was below 0.02% of turnover for that sales period. - Direct Line Management for 2 ATM’s and 35 operatives. - 100% compliance achieved on process audits from both UK and International audit teams. Never previously achieved in Belvedere Region. - Full accountability of change management project with completion and implementation of landscape to portrait racking improving inbound efficiency by 40%.- Support and development of 2 Assistant Team Managers successfully passing the LMDI initiative for greater succession planning across site.- Experience of leading teams across Selection and Transport for greater knowledge of overall Logistics operation.- 2 month secondment to Lidl Scotland January - March 2016.
