I am an aspiring Software Engineer with a Python proficiency looking to join a great team and learn from some of the brightest developers!My interest is in AI and Machine Learning with a desire to eventually get a PHD in those fields.I have built a multitude of projects ranging from simple Neural Networks to Python automation scripts.My work experience comes from entry level positions at Xai and Tesla, where I worked on Grok and the Tesla Bot projects respectively. Before this employment, I worked as a software developer freelancer for a year. During my time freelancing, I built software to manage forums, automate tasks, and collect and format data using a mix of Python, C#, and JavaScript.I graduated from the University of Portland in 2023 with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. I was the Control Systems Lead and focused on programming our automation object avoidance algorithms.I was an officer in the University of Portland Robotics club where I focused primarily on STEM outreach. As part of my STEM outreach efforts, I volunteered with Building Blocks 2 Success (https://www.bb2s.org/) where I taught underprivileged and underrepresented youths about STEM concepts. As part of the effort, we helped the kids build and program Lego robots for the annual Lego Robotics competition.
