Experienced, high-energy, innovative, data-driven, problem solving administrator and faculty member ready to focus on things that really matter. After six years with increasing responsibility on currency trading desks at banks, I spent a decade as a faculty member and leader before joining college administration, most recently serving as provost and executive vice president overseeing academics, information technology, institutional research, marketing, finance, and enrollment management. My careful integration of transformative technology in teaching led both to my first administrative assignment and to the invitation from Yale Press to publish the book, "Using Technology in Teaching". Data and financial analysis, as well as technology integration, have informed my entire career, but my greatest joy has come from building amazing teams--several consultants have referred to that ability as my “superpower”. I’ve learned a great deal by serving on a variety of boards, ranging from health care to international relations to science education to serving the poor--right now I serve on the National Advisory Board for the Salvation Army, the Advisory Council for Salvation Army World Service Office (SAWSO), and the Board of Union Community Health Center in the Bronx. I’m exploring and looking forward to what’s next.
