• Assumed all Chief and Assistant Pilot functions. Developed and administered successful strategies for submitting and approval of our LOA’s for new and existing aircraft. • Engaged in all facets of operations. Established a strong working relation with the Director of Aviation, Chief of Maintenance, SMS safety manager for IS-BAO implementation and compliance. • As the Interim Chief Pilot, I drove a significant reduction in fuel costs with a fuel management strategy and captured 5-figure cost savings fleet wide. • As the Interim Chief Pilot, I conducted a review process with the SMS Safety Manager developing risk mitigation strategies to reduce overall risk and High FRAT scores. These strategies allowed our flight department to mitigate risk to an acceptable level in an atmosphere free from the pressure of an impending flight or maintenance task. Mentored and assisted crew members transitioning from SIC to PIC.

• Submitted and was issued LOA approval for ADS-B, FANS 1/A+, MNPS/RVSM. • Ensured Worldwide Insurance Coverage and Border Overflight Exemption for aircraft fleet. • Assisted the Chief Pilot to develop and write improved policies and procedures while working across all department functions, and engaging other departments within the corporate structure. • As Assistant Chief Pilot, I developed long range strategies to improve our flight crew training events for re-current FAR 61.58, medical and in-flight emergencies.
