I specialize in home, commercial, boat repair, inspection report evaluations, honey-do list and new builder hit list. I work for some of the finest owners, realtors and renters throughout, the south bay area. I repair, install, inspect and estimate home repair issues and building code issues. Lock services including installation, repair, rekeying and removal of old safes. I repair termite damage, also perform smoke/gas/radon detection service repair and installation. I do electrical upgrades, debug, electrical fixtures installation and other electrical related services. I work on custom wood working and refinishing, of wood related items. I have a great deal of experience with older homes from 1890’s on, including and highly, lovingly experienced with Victorians and Victorian revivals

Working directly under the direction of world famous robot wars designer and creator David Hall, on Team DAD (Digital Audio Drive), I assisted in the building of two; fully autonomous Toyota Tundra’s to be used in the 2005 DARPA Challenge race. I worked directly with David Hall on the design, fabrication, construction, testing of custom designed assemblies for the race vehicles in a crazy fast paced ever-changing, raw R & D environment. I preformed custom fabrication and assembly and test using lathes, mills and MIG welding. I did custom wiring, built custom SMC devices, laser assemblies and PCB’s. I machined, welded, assembled, set up and focused the 64 lazar rotating Lidar assembly, the key component in the vision of the ve-hicles. Later to be used in 12 other DARPA competitor’s vehicles.

I performed inspection, functional testing, check out and troubleshooting and corrective actions on highly complex semiconductor gas delivery systems assemblies, subassemblies and electromechanical pneumatic assemblies for Lam, Applied Material, Novellus System and other semiconductor companies. I tested electro/mechanical pneumatic assemblies and sub-assemblies for design, functionality, final QA. I worked from highly complex procedures, electro/mechanical schematics, dia-grams, written, verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, technical issues, development of in-spection and test plans to be used in an ISO 9001 environment. I performed operational test and fault isolation on systems, sub systems and test fixture equipment from written and/or verbal instructions.

Working for the HFR group under Tony Poulos, I was responsible for mechanical fabrication lab, acting as mechanical fabrication specialist; I worked with closely with the Cisco engineering staff in the prototyping and modifications of the HFR prototype chassis. I also acted as a liaison between material and other fabrication, machine shop vendors for the outsourcing of needed prototype materials and assemblies. In addition, for the HRF thermal lab, I did custom fabrication of wind tunnels and pressure drop boxes. I built concept models of the new prototype HFR PCB assemblies, highly populated with TC’s and carried out wind tunnel, thermal testing upon them. I also documented build issues, resolutions and documentation and tooling needs for both the HRF and the thermal laboratories. I was an active, certified member of Cisco Emergency Response Team.

I worked in new products prototype development of semiconductor capital equipment. Product lines: DLCM, DLCM-S, Speed, Speed-S, WTS-300mm, WTS-200mm conversion, including the 200mm and 300mm TiN modules. I did assembly, test, de-bug, set-up, installation, robotic calibration of highly complex alpha and beta prototypes, of semiconductor capital equipment. I did rate of raise verification leak detection with RGA’s and a verity of leak detectors. I am able to work with little or no documentation. I wrote highly complex technical reports and assembly and test procedures, verified and signed off of documentation to be used in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment. I preformed first article QA inspections of materials to verify they where made per latest change orders. I am experience many types of computer, test and measurement equipment, used for the testing of AC/DC, RF, AI/O, DI/O PLC’s and pneumatic devises and signals. I am trained and certified at Novellus Systems engineering machine shop, shop tools and equipment. I am experience in process plumbing including facilities cooling water and process gases and liquid delivery methods. I received quarterly awards in recognition of outstanding performance.

I assembled, installed, set up, debugged, tested and documented highly complex, customer engineering specials (CES), including 5500 Endura / Centura PVD platforms and the 5000 PECVD platform. I also preformed prototype chamber and system installation, set up and calibration. I traveled internationally on field service installations of the prototype 200mm CVD TiN process module worldwide. I have extensive experience in leak detection, leak detection maintenance, cable harness assembly & design, mechanical fabrication and documentation. I specialize in prototype to manufacturing conversions. I am experienced in international customer relations, installs and customer service for prototype beta projects. I am experience with everything from AC, DC, RF and analog and digital signals. I specialized in highly complex customer engineering specials. Class-10 and 100 cleanroom certified. I was certified in E.R.T., HazMat and Advanced Medical First Aid.
