* Familiar with wireless retail sales concepts and practices.* Plan and manage the daily operations of a company store.* Ensure store opening and closing in accordance with company operating procedures.* Ensure the physical appearance and condition of the store complies with company standards.* Demonstrate a professional, responsible and accountable manner at all times.* Recruit and train wireless sales specialists and develops them into a high performance sales team.* Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.* Manage all cash handling and reconciliation procedures.* Manage store inventory.* Effective communicator with the ability to present, negotiate and sell vigorously.* Make effective customer-focused decisions with limited time and information.* Determine decision-making criteria based on customer product and services needs.* Present a strong customer service orientation toward all contacts, internal and external to the store.* Partner with the District Manager to successfully achieve company goals through hard work and perseverance.* Inspire others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively and provide excellent customer service.* Demonstrate unwavering optimism and a "can do" attitude.
