- Coordinate with New York team and suppliers in China- Coordinate product development for large retail clients throughout North America. Emphasis on big-box home improvement stores, clubs, and supercenters.- In charge of supplier testing and audit based on each retailer's requirement and standards various from The Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, Walmart, Staples, HomeGoods, City Club, Pricesmart, Hobby Lobby etc.

-Work role as a Business Development officer for expanding our toys business covers most categories like ride on cars, bikes, balance bikes, strollers, scooters, segway for kids.-Provide business sales solutions and collect marketing analysis data for all of our customers.-Enhance the quality assurance system to make sure delivery our best quality products.

-Work as role of Quality Manager but specialize at manufacturing luggage, travel goods overseas around Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar. Help our factories to set up their overseas producing lines.-Keep records of factory audits and testing of production.-Proactively work with Design team to evaluate the new project that will be launched to the market soon.

-Lead the local team to expand sales on both our retailer stores and E-com stores.-Arrange annual marketing events on each sales' calendar.

-Working on Testing Process and standards.-Cooperate with factories in China and working on incoming material testing / inspection / Final production Inspection.-Factory Audit, especially working on Costco Audit, including Social Security /Good Manufacturing Process.
