CurrentSales Management with 14 direct reports for Sales Consultants and Sales Support Team covering 11 states in the Midwest Region. Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns. Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives, Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally. Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures as well as business planning and quota structures. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics/ KPI’s. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service. Setting discount rates and determining price schedules. Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Sales Operating Procedures for 45 channel partners while working collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Trusted Advisors and Phone support teams.Highlights: Growing sales revenue 2 years running while supporting and improving multiple areas of staff inefficiencies and legacy methodologies. Successful efforts in moving the sales team to more efficiencies, organized activities and sales approaches in the market.
