My Clinical expertise is working with clinical staff in the development of devices to improve outcomes for patients. I have taken the NIH course on proper documentation and conduct associated with HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS and have written consent forms and Investigator Brochure for human studies. I am very familiar with the FDA, GCP, GMP, SAFETY, EMC etc. My technical expertise is in the area of hardware design, low level, low noise, analog/digital circuit design, PCB Layout, analysis/simulations, sensor development using optics, NDIR, bio-compatible materials, and other technologies for patient diagnostics and therapies. (ECG, EEG, cNIBP, Temp, Respiration, IBP, Apnea as examples.) Labview/Matlab programming, algorithm development, stability analysis, et.al. and taking concepts from a conceptual stage through to production while working in a positive team environment for the success of all involved has resulted in the commercialization of 14 medical products with dedicated teams. As part of these designs, compliance to various IEC/ISO standards relating to EMC performance and required Compliance (safety and cGMP practices) was required. To ensure safe and reliable performance multiple levels of simulations (LTSPICE) and HALT testing was performed. I have a strong work ethic and wish to contribute to positive outcomes for people. I have also been involved with other industrial applications where the outcomes were safety / warning oriented. Detection of CO, CO2 for example in industrial environments. I have interest in areas where my expertise can improve safety for people, improve quality of life, and improve our overall environment through alternative energies and improvements to our existing infrastructure.My goals at this stage of my career are to work in an environment where I can make a contribution to the health, safety, and welfare of people. I welcome opportunities to consult in ground breaking technologies for the benefit of all peoples.I am concurrently working on a medical device that will provide true physiological feedback during the administration of CPR. This device will provide the necessary real time feedback to optimize blood perfusion on a patient by patient basis. This work will be transferred to a large medical company to commercialize.
