As a Superintendent Squadron Aviation Resource Management at the United States Air Force, I manage the policies and procedures for the 1C0 career field, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of aviation operations. I serve as the focal point for Aviation Service mandates for 161 aviators and ensures adherence to regulations and federal requirements. I execute personnel development according to AF manuals and instructions and directs daily operations with planned work methods and schedules according to combat mission needs. With an associate's degree in Business Administration and Aeronautics/Aviation Management from the Community College of the Air Force and another one in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, I have a solid academic foundation and a broad perspective on the field of aviation. I have more than 23 years of experience in aviation resource management, including five years as a manager and policy maker. I have acquired multiple certifications, such as the Aviation Resource Management Functional Manager and the Advanced Aviation Resource Manager, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in this domain.
