•Managed a large communications team that was placed in charge of all network and radio communication assets supporting a 4400+ person department that organized transportation and planning for short notice assignments to theatres in the Pacific, Asia and the U.S. as needed. •Coordinated with various agencies and government representatives to provide communications support to two training exercises and necessary contingency exercises. Also coordinated with program managers for the upgrade and maintenance of communications systems.

Joint Multinational Readiness Center (Jmrc), Hohenfels, Germany

•Provided feedback and mentorship to rotational training teams on communications, cyber and electronic warfare operations based upon U.S. Army doctrine and experience over the course of 20 training exercises with two different teams.•Advised senior leaders, assigned staff and functional groups on technical and tactical communications priorities.•Managed all team radio and automations assets to include management of the team computer network and user accounts to include account creations and active directory issue resolution. Operated at the Tier II level of IT support; spearheaded the responsibilities of Technical Support Specialist/System Administrator and had the additional duties of Information Assurance Support Officer/Cyber Defense Incident Responder.

•Managed over 300 tactical communication systems to include radios, GPS/satellite devices/systems and counter electronic warfare systems. Responsible for the supervision and welfare of a new team that provided support to all the unit’s missions while using the largest unit equipment list.

Placed in the primary role as an intake officer where an average of 9-10 intake appointments were conducted weekly. As the intake officer, processed incoming juvenile cases and made decisions on whether to send to juvenile court or handle matters outside of court. Scheduled follow up appointments if handled out of court to properly address lingering concerns and ensure all requirements were met. Alternate position of probation officer where juveniles placed on probation were closely supervised for specific timeframes in order to properly rehabilitate them. Cases such as truancy and general juvenile charges were addressed and monitored. Worked on call when scheduled and handled cases of juvenile charges and family cases after normal work hours. Family cases were decided on call where children were taken by the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) to be placed in appropriate care when necessary.
