Reporting directly to the programs manager my role has been to create, develop and facilitate key employment and mentoring programs. Majority of my time is spent on developing the program curriculum & facilitating the programs. *Improved and developed the youth employment skills program 'Fresh Start'*Created, developed and facilitated a high school mentoring program for at risk youth called 'IMPACT'. *Key part of improving basic IT systems (including moving all email and calendar systems to office 365, printing and car booking systems)*Graphic designed multiple program logos, fliers and info cards. (using Photoshop CS6)*Directly involved with pitching programs to schools including budget and programmatic talks.*Introduced Facebook marketing to the organisation & was a key part of managing social media.*Website development - Initiated conversations to update and develop the website. I began all the layout and content updating and contributed to the look & feel of the site.

- Responsible for the pastoral care of all young people aged 13-18 within the regions of the North Campus- I successfully initiated and ran a Friday night youth program, which grew from 20 young people attending weekly to 80.- At the end of 2013 I managed an outreach event (planning, marketing, budgeting, etc.) where we saw 600+ young people attend from all across Auckland city.- Strengthened and built key relationships with other community organisations & churches.

- Youth worker in a local high school outworking the 24-7 YouthWork program and responsible for getting all funding needed.- In 2010 alongside my manager, I successfully initiated the program and began to raise funds necessary for 2011. - Throughout the 3 years I was in the high school I mentored students one on one and also ran life skills courses that I developed.- In 2012 I was promoted to the position of Manager.
