Change has become a second nature for me after living and working as a financial professional in 8 different countries. Every few years, I had to adapt to new cultures, establish new networks, meet new colleagues and own the business environment in my new country.While I embrace change, I noticed throughout my professional career that many organizations, i.e. people, resist change.
