- Managed last-mile parcel delivery operations at Series B start-up across the New York City, northern New Jersey, and Philadelphia metropolitan areas.- Expanded business from New York City into the northern New Jersey and Philadelphia markets; resulting in a 1024% increase in monthly delivery volume (July 2021 – March 2022). Used financial projections to site facilities, negotiated commercial leases, managed IT installations and facility renovations, and recruited and trained new staff.
