It Vendor Partner And Governance
CurrentContract Management• Organize and maintain all contracts and related documents to include Master Service Agreement, service levels, exhibits, etc.• Receive notification of emergency and in-scope changes, document and report as appropriate• Receive exception change requests from Service Provider, Director of Service Delivery and/or BU Relationship Managers and assist in preparation of documentation for forwarding to Infrastructure/Business Operations Sub-committee for approval, denial or escalation as appropriate• Monitor status of exception change requests/initiatives and reports status as appropriate• Track issues and make recommendations for improvement• Review business-as-usual changes for trends/patterns/issues. Report change• Support Business Manager and Performance Metrics Analyst to ensure missed service levels correctly result in appropriate service credit• Monitor performance improvement plans progress to plan and prepare contract reporting packagesRelationship Governance• Collaborate with the manager service provider's Governance Lead to establish and create the Governance Framework for use across all of IT• Responsible for creating governance policies, procedures, tools and templates• Counsel and advise Campbell IT on contractual, performance and relationship aspects associated with operational services delivered by the partner• Liaise across the IT Service leads, providing direction and coaching regarding execution of the IT Governance Framework• Provide senior management with ongoing assessment of overall Service Provider performance and contractual and regulatory compliance, providing direction, governance, and oversight of the vendor agreementDevelop and implement process improvements related to the contract and vendor partnership. Collaborate with project teams on vendor opportunities and review existing processes to identify enhancements to incorporate into strategic direction.
