Lead attorney supporting Nokia's global Developer Experience (DX) business unit responsible for global mobile application business development efforts; Nokia’s developer relations, including developer tools, SDKs and offerings; and Nokia Store, including mobile operator and credit card billing. Provide SVP and VP level legal support and strategy input for the DX business unit.Lead sales and marketing attorney supporting mobile device sales for T-Mobile USA account.

Developed Nokia viewpoint and public policy position on global Internet law and regulatory matters. Advised on compliance with child protection issues, Safe Harbor, moderation and host of other Internet, mobile and privacy related risks.

Product counsel for certain Yahoo! products and services. Handled global market entry, managed international legal and regulatory compliance, reviewed and supported commercial negotiations, performed risk analysis, provided advice, and conducted product design reviews. Principal legal support for products developed by the mobile, IPTV and desktop teams, and for advanced product and research teams such as Yahoo! Research Berkeley (affiliated with UC Berkeley).
