Responsible for pre-opening systems set up and operating team hiring. Managed to preopening sales and marketing effort. Managed the hotel from preopening through its business growth leading to its sale in late 2013.

Held position of General Manager at 288 room Doubletree Hotel downtown Little Rock, Arkansas

Responsibilities included the successful leadership of the operational, sales and marketing, administrative and financial functions of this 288 room full service downtown Doubletree Hotel. This hotel with over 12,500 square feet of banquet/conference space and a 35,000 square foot attached City Convention Center complemented by a 2,600 seat Theater for the Performing Arts is the second largest Hotel in Little Rock.

General Manager – Hilton HotelI was responsible for the operational efficiencies, guest services and marketing for a 197 room full service Hilton.General Manager – Holiday InnMy prior assignment with Meyer Jabara Hotels was managing their Holiday Inn. This full-service Holiday Inn with the City’s most active Disco Nightclub which generated nearly $1mm in beverage revenues annually.

I had sole responsibility for the development, operations, sales, marketing, administration and financial success for this 195 room/suite hotel, banquet and conference facility.
