Works with the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO) to gain an understanding of the compliance needs across the organization and the expectations of how the role will integrate with those who manage the various compliance programs at our multiple locations. Instrumental in identifying and developing compliance policies and procedures to ensure the organization adheres to compliance requirements. Collaborates Corporate Auditing group to develop auditing standards and areas of risk for these compliance procedures is also a key component. Supervised and directed the operations of over 50 US and French advisors to achieve the goal of developing the ANA into an independent combat force. Duties included training the staffs, planning, preparing, and executing combat operations, as well as liaise and interface between the US, French, and Coalition Forces. Set goals and milestones for effective training of the ANA. Utilized trend analysis for the measurement of the training and readiness and advised the Coalition leadership. Built relationships with provincial governors and governmental officials.

• As Team Chief and Deputy Branch Chief of the Mobilization and Deployments Branch, supervised the execution of numerous mobilization actions over 100,000 soldiers that affected the 54 states and territories.• Developed, implemented, and managed the Army National Guard’s Balanced Scorecard Initiative, a program to increase the efficiency of the Army National Guard.

• Established and managed a safety and environmental program for a liquid bulk over-the-road trucking company, allowing the company to accomplish its critical missions of customer service and commitment to the community and environment. • Ensured local, state, and federal safety and environmental policies and laws were followed by over 50 employees through training, extensive record keeping, and development of policies and procedures. • Duties included occupational health and safety program management, fire prevention and protection, confined space and maintenance operations.

Was responsible for the quality and safe handling of ammunition and fuel. Provided guidance to the commander on combating weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
