The Camps, which launched in 2005, are Free Events for 7-14-year-old boys and girls across the United States who live in disadvantaged, underserved, or high-risk communities. The Camps bring together young people to share a day with former College and NFL Football players who serve as volunteer Coaches/Mentors for the day. Past Coaches/Mentors have included several NFL Super Bowl Champions as well as NFL Hall of Famers. Scores of former, College and Pro stars volunteer, making these events exceptional opportunities for the former players to give back to the community while encouraging, motivating, and uplifting young people. Each Camp is dedicated to physical skills development, teamwork, sportsmanship, encouragement, and uplift. Significant partnerships and sponsorships have been established with Stanford University Football Department, NFL Alumni Chapters, Local Community Organizations and churches, private businesses, and major sports organizations.
