Contract Developer at AutocommDesigned, developed and tested several .NET (using C#, VB and ASP) Web and Windows applications as well as Windows Services, related to the automotive lease inspection business. The work was done for Autocomm Inspection Management Corporation. All development was done in .NET and Oracle 10g.

Contract Developer at McKesson PharmaceuticalDesigned, developed and tested several .NET modules for an existing software rewrite. The work was done for McKesson Pharmaceutical. All development was done in .NET using PVCS for versioning and source control.

Contract Developer at PPOMDesigned and developed multiple DTS and stored procedures in SQL Server 2003 for data integration for PPOM, a Preferred Provider Organization. The SQL data requirement were designed to share data with PPOM’s Parent company’s main frame system so all exports and imports were performed using CVS files.

Contract Developer at Meridian Automotive Systems• Created several Office automation projects for Meridian Automotive Systems using Excel and Access to perform multiple type of processes utilizing accounting data for presentation and data analysis.• Designed, developed and tested multiple Office 2000 Add-In modules. All software was developed in .NET, VB and VBA. Modules were VB COM Add-ins with interaction to VBA macros. • The primary thrust of the Add-In was to automate formatting options for client users. In addition, there were modules to validate the use of styles in documents created by the users. • All Add-ins were designed to be data driven for the purpose of populating custom menus and validating user input. Developed the installation program using InstallShield Developer 8.0. All projects were full life cycle.

Contract Developer at Michigan Department of Education

• Michigan Conference of Teamsters Welfare Fund is a provider of benefit packages to the general teamster membership including retirement, health and death benefits.• Designed, developed, tested and implemented several business applications for the fund. The fund provided health and welfare benefits for its’ teamster membership. • The software developed was centered on determining member eligibility for benefits and providing the necessary tools for reporting and altering membership information. Wrote the primary software for determining the eligibility in SQL stored procedures and DTS packages. Additionally, wrote ADHOC reports using Crystal Reports 7 and 9, as well as writing a report wrapper in VB.Net to handle automation of the multiple reports that needed to be scheduled.• Developed third party interfaces to share data with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Value Options.• Automated the encryption of third party data to help facilitate compliance with the new HIPAA requirements. All projects on were full life cycle.

Contract Developer at Summit Electric Supply • Designed, developed, tested and implemented several major projects for Summit Electric Supply. The primary thrust of the first application was to facilitate an online B2B catalog ordering system for the electrical industry. • The project spanned three different systems, receiving data from the mainframe system, and integrating that data with existing data in the Target system. Target data resided in SQL Server 7.0 and ran in Windows 2000 on an NT network. Target was written almost completely in Visual Basic 6.0 using several OCX and DLL files, which was also developed in-house.• From Target, the data was transferred to the Volts database that was in SQL Server 2000. The Volts system was written in Java running on a UNIX platform. The transfer to Volts was done overnight through DTS scheduled tasks. • Additional projects included stand-alone security using Blowfish encryption, for the Volts system utilizing Visual InterDev, JavaScript, VBScript and ASP. • A catalog modeling system to produce “printed catalogs” from the online data tailored to the individual clients needs utilizing ASP, Visual InterDev, JavaScript, VBScript and Visual Basic.

Contract Developer at Law School Admissions Council • Designed, developed, tested and implemented documentation/help systems. The purpose of the application was to track admissions applications to nationwide law schools. • The primary application was written in Visual Foxpro, however there were some separate maintenance applications written in Visual Basic and C. • Due to the nature of the data being stored, including personal information on the applications and their admissions test scores, there was an increased need for security. Responsible for writing all of the in-house encryption algorithms. • All custom reporting had to be written in Crystal Reports with seamless integration into the Foxpro application. This product eventually had to be packaged for sale to the individual law schools. • Packaging included the development of complete installation packages using Wise Installer.

• Designed, developed, tested and implemented documentation and help systems. This was KMPG’s own internal accounting application. The initial development was done in Visual Foxpro 5.0. A additional modules and support modules were developed in Visual Basic 5.0 with interfaces to an Oracle backend, Visual C/C++ and Visual InterDev.

• Checkcare Enterprises is a commercial check processing organization involved in the process of clearing personal checks for the retail industry.• Responsible for overseeing the ongoing development of system software for the Checkcare business as well as new development. • Projects included the Year 2000 project, which was completed and implemented. • Additional responsibilities included management of the software development, technical support and system services personnel.

• This was a full life cycle project. Designed, developed, tested and implemented documentation and help systems. Primary software was developed in Foxpro 2.6 and converted to Visual Foxpro 3.0. The purpose of the software was to run the production lines for Georgia Pacific’s drywall production facilities and their accounting systems for those plants.• The software needed to interface to inline PLCs for reading board thickness, temperature and wave. All measurements were taken in line and then fed into the system via PLC. • The individual PCs were then networked using Novell to allow all the information to be available at all monitoring stations.• Additional support programs were written in C/C++.

• Designed, developed, tested and implemented documentation and help systems. Responsibilities included project management. This was a commercial application developed for eventual sale to New York Telephone. The purpose was to function as a fault tolerant Unix based monitoring system for New York City’s telephone switching systems. • The software was developed in several programming languages but, primarily in C for UNIX and X-Windows.

• PSI Systems is a software development house primarily dedicated to SBT accounting software modifications.• Primary responsibilities were to modify SBT accounting system, as well as to write custom modules for SBT clients. Some custom controls and functions were included in the full SBT release.• Responsibilities included managing lower level employees in the engineering department.• Consulted with and wrote specifications for end user custom applications, as well as outlining modifications to existing software.• Developed and tested custom applications for several clients including Georgia Mortgage and the National Arthritis Foundation. These applications were designed to the specification of each client. For Georgia Mortgage, the applications were related to mortgage processing and reporting. For the National Arthritis Foundation applications were related to donation tracking and reporting.
